Our support also extends to wherever our clients need it. So when the complexity or the size of a claim demands, we will even travel abroad to ensure that the case is handled in the most appropriate way from the outset.
It might be that we negotiate with the claimant on behalf of the liability insurer in order to keep costs as low as possible. In the past this approach has proved to be very successful both for the insurer as well as for the client.
